By downloading or using BeastMode, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BeastMode, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The Service

BeastMode provides a personalised 28-day fitness programme delivered through a mobile application. The app generates workout plans using AI based on information you provide at onboarding. BeastMode is a fitness guidance tool and is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.

3. Health Disclaimer

Before beginning any exercise programme, consult with a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns. BeastMode is designed for generally healthy adults. By using the app, you acknowledge that:

• You participate in all exercises at your own risk
• BeastMode is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome arising from following the workout plans
• You will stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort

4. Subscription and Payments

BeastMode is available on a subscription basis at $4.99 per month. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms of your respective app store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies
• No free trial is offered

5. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). Account deletion permanently removes all your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Misuse or attempt to manipulate the subscription or payment systems

7. Intellectual Property

All content in BeastMode — including workout plans, exercise instructions, illustrations, copy, and design — is owned by BeastMode and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any BeastMode content without express written permission.

8. AI-Generated Content

Workout plans are generated using AI (Anthropic Claude). While we have designed the system to produce safe, appropriate beginner fitness programmes, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or omissions. Always use good judgement and stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeastMode and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue BeastMode at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
