BeastMode ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the BeastMode mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use BeastMode:

• Account information: Your name and email address when you create an account.
• Health and fitness data: Your current weight, goal weight, training location preference, and workout completion data that you choose to provide.
• Usage data: Workout logs, water intake, sleep hours, and app interaction data to power your personalised plan and analytics.
• Device data: Device type and operating system for app functionality and push notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate and deliver your personalised 28-day workout plan using AI
• Track your progress, streak, and habit data
• Send workout reminders and motivational notifications (which you can configure or disable)
• Process your subscription and manage your account
• Improve the app through anonymised, aggregated usage analytics

3. AI Plan Generation

Your fitness data (training location, current weight, goal weight) is sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate your personalised workout plan. This data is used solely to produce your plan and is subject to Anthropic's privacy practices. We do not share personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for plan generation.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account).

5. Payments

All payment processing is handled directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not store or have access to your payment card details. Subscription management is handled through your device's native app store.

6. Push Notifications

BeastMode uses local push notifications scheduled on your device. We do not use third-party push notification services. Notification permissions can be managed in your device settings at any time.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties except:

• Anthropic (for AI plan generation — see Section 3)
• Supabase (for secure data storage)
• Apple/Google (for subscription and payment processing)
• As required by law

8. Children's Privacy

BeastMode is not intended for users under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, use the account deletion feature in the app or contact us at support@beastmodeapp.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of BeastMode after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
